Terms of Sale
Sales Tax
Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order. LITTLE LILY collects sales tax for all states and the District of Columbia, except for Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon.
Return Policy
LITTLE LILY prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition and original packaging within 10 days of your receipt of the merchandise and we will provide you with a e-store credit, less shipping costs. All store credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used only at the LITTLE LILY, website www.littlelily.com. No returns or exchanges from products purchased at LITTLE LILY authorized retailers will be accepted through LITTLE LILY. All returns and exchanges of products purchased at the LITTLE LILY authorized retailers must be done at the store at which they were purchased. Refunds will not be accepted. On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. All items to be returned or exchanged will incur ad restocking fee of 20% and will incur a shipping cost subject to the current rates. All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted. LITTLE LILY reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
Size and Measurement
The measuring of your pet for the applicable sizes of LITTLE LILY products are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping Rates and Terms
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. For each address within the 48 contiguous United States, the following charges apply:*
Our shipping charges* are as follows:
For orders up to $50, shipping is $9
For orders from $51 to $100, shipping is $14
For orders from $101 to $150, shipping is $18
For orders from $151 to $300, shipping is $25
For orders from $301 to $500, shipping is $32
For orders from $501 to $1,000, shipping is $40
For orders over $1,000, US is at no charge.
Sorry, we do not ship international at this time.
For items in stock, please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
For your protection, items shipped to US destinations directly from LITTLE LILY are shipped via Federal Express Home Delivery Signature Service. If you will not be at your shipping location to sign for your package, we suggest you have your package shipped to your workplace, a business, or any location where someone can sign for your package. If you would like your package to be left without a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions for your order. Please understand that LITTLE LILY cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages delivered without a signature.
Non-Deliverable, Refused & Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.
Stock Availability
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as available.
